Pork Binagoongan or Binagoongang Baboy Filipino Recipe

Pork Binagoongan

My mother use to make this recipe for lunch. I love the smell of the alamang and the color of the pork when its cooked. And it is so yummy when eaten with white hot rice.

Binagoongang Baboy is a very common recipe in the Bicol region and other northern part of  Luzon in the Philippines.

My mom use to serve this with grilled eggplant and we love it! Until today, we still cook this recipe. Our friends and family simply love it!
